FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the use of the bacterial secretome of the bacterium deposited at CNCM under the number I-4290 in the treatment of skin lesions. The said secret is produced by a method comprising cultivating the said bacterium in a culture medium and under suitable conditions for its growth, liquid/solid separation, and isolating a liquid phase, wherein said liquid phase contains secret. A basic buffer chosen from Tris buffer, arginine buffer and mixtures thereof is added to the resulting liquid phase, the resulting buffered liquid phase is incubated for 1-7 hours at a temperature of 1 to 6° With obtaining the specified secretome. Also provided is a dermatological composition for use in the treatment of skin lesions, containing an effective amount of said bacterial secretome and a dermatological excipient suitable for topical application.
EFFECT: invention is effective in the treatment of skin lesions.
