Abstract RU 2615379 C2

FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutics and represents use of protective article for wound dressing for microsurgical treatment of wounds, wherein protective product for healing contains buffer substance and wound pad, wherein wound pad contains hydrophilic polyurethane foam, buffer substances are present in foam and pH obtained at dilution of buffer substances in demineralized water at 37 °C of buffer solution ranges from pH 3 to pH 7. Invention provides reduction of microorganisms in wound and prevention of repeated contamination by microorganisms, which is provided by stabilizing pH value of liquid, absorbed in foam in acidic range, which ultimately allows to successfully increase interval of dressing changing. Besides result of application of protective article for wound dressing according to invention is easy separation of necrotic tissues from wound and removal of wound exudate, as well as reduced spreading of microorganisms in wound.

EFFECT: application of protective product according to invention promotes especially effective microsurgical treatment of wounds.
