SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to wound dressing, particularly - to wound dressing for treating medium and severe exudating wounds, and to their application in current wound healing. While being multilayer dressings, these wound dressings comprise a carrier layer, an absorbent layer and a wound contact hydrophilic layer coupled with the absorbent layer with the wound contact layer comprising hydrophilic polyurethane elastomer.
