SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics and includes following inventions: 1) a parenteral liquid composition as an anticonvulsant, including a carbamate compound of the formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate and a cyclodextrin derivative selected from 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin or sulfobutyl ester of β-cyclodextrin:

where R₁ and R₂, each independently, are selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, halogen and C₁-C₈ alkyl; and one of A₁ and A₂ is CH, and another is N, where a mass ratio of an active ingredient and cyclodextrin derivative is from 1:5 to 1:40; 2) an injection composition including the specified ingredients and a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent for injections; 3) a method for producing a parenteral liquid composition, including mixing of the specified carbamate compound and cyclodextrin derivative. The carbamate compound is preferably (R)-1-(2-chlorphenyl)-2-tetrazole-2-yl)ethyl ester of carbamic acid.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the creation of liquid compositions of carbamate compounds of the formula 1 having increased stability and solubility of the active agent.
