SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses a pharmaceutical composition comprising of a mycophenolate salt covered with an enteric coating which provides the release of mycophenolate in the upper part of the intestinal tract, and a method of immunosuppression in a patient involving the administration of a therapeutically effective amount of said composition to a patient in need of such therapy.
