SUBSTANCE: parting paint for moulds and cores contains zircon powder, water, "bighouse" dust, phosphoric acid and aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder in the following ratio, wt %: zircon powder 70.0-80.0; "bighouse" dust 2.0-4.0; phosphoric acid 5.0-8.0; aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder 2.0-5.0; water is the rest.
EFFECT: invention improves sedimentation stability, hiding power, durability, abrasion resistance, reduces viscosity, prevents burning-on.
