SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to precious stone automatic orientation. Disclosed group of inventions includes precious stones orientation device, artificial precious stones sorting device and individual precious stones orienting method. At that, precious stones orientation device contains movable surface providing travel path for these precious stones, two opposite walls passing, substantially, along said travel path, and vibrator made with possibility of corresponding oscillating motion generation between said two walls and movable surface in direction, substantially, perpendicular to said travel path, so that when using said two walls communicate transverse force to precious stones and thus makes them to orientate into most stable position as they move along travel path. Disclosed individual precious stones orientation method includes following stages: said precious stones placement on travel path; use of two opposite walls passing, substantially, along travel path; and corresponding oscillating motion generation between said two walls and said travel path in direction, substantially perpendicular to this travel path, so, that said two walls communicate transverse force to precious stones and thus makes them to orientate into most stable position as they move along travel path.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of automated process, which provides increasing of precious stone orientation speed and efficiency.
