FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention allows expanding the store of technical means and new features gaining by the claimed objects. That is, the possibility to affect over the entire volume of the mixer chamber on the components of the concrete mixture with vibrations is created, which correspond by their shape to corrugated contour of three-dimensional rotation body, in aggregation, forming in the vertical plane section at top points of the goffer the complex truncated geometric figure consisting, in aggregate, of equal semicircles, which extreme points of intersection form the vertices of the equal pentagon, with the simultaneous creation of multidirectional vibrations that completely exclude the presence in the chamber of the mixer of "blind" zones and ensure uniform amplitude distribution of vibration effects in the mixing chamber and obtaining quality intensification of the mixing process of these components as a whole. The technical result is achieved in that the vibration mixer comprises a mixing chamber with windows for materials loading and unloading respectively, the rotor with blades and the rotary drive from the crank mechanism for vibrations excitement are rigidly fixed inside the mixing chamber performed with corrugated metal housing. Inside the housing of the vibrator the disc with the guide bar is rigidly fixed in the horizontal plane of the central part of the housing, which the latter is designed to create sustainable translational movement of the rod of the translational pair formed by the guide bar of the mixing chamber bottom and the rod of the crank mechanism; the cylindrical projection is arranged for insertion and fixing of a spring along the internal diameter in the bucket with the function of compression / uncompressing; with a rod rigidly mounted at the central inner part of the bucket and the pusher rigidly fixed to its central external part, which other end is rigidly mounted to the inner upper part of the corrugated body for vibrations excitement from the upper part of the vibrator. Four projections are symmetrically secured at the outer cylindrical part of the bucket which function is to transmit reciprocating motion to the disk intended to execute homogeneous distribution of the vibration field from the upper to the lower parts of the housing by means of creation of homogeneous amplitude displacement values of each point of outer generatrix of the corrugated housing, while spring compression to the stop into rubber gaskets is made for shock absorption of projections collision with the disk. According to the invention the housing of the vibrator is made in the form of corrugated metal covering, which is corrugated thin-walled body of rotation forming complex truncated geometrical shape in the vertical section at top points of the corrugation consisting of equal semicircles in the aggregate, which extreme points of intersection form vertices of a regular pentagon adapted to create vibration field, which corresponds by its shape to the corrugated contour of the given body of rotation with multi-directional vibrations.
EFFECT: invention relates to the devices for concrete compounds mixing and can be used in the building materials industry, construction and other fields of construction industry for the production of multi-component mixtures.
