FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: perform the processing of the front and rear edges, and finishing of the tray section and the back edge section up to the blade surface of the blade element as well. The end mill is run to a tray section and back edge section of the blade surface corresponding area, after the end mill speed is increased and perform the finishing at the corresponding blade surface area specified sections of the processing part. At that the end mill speed is reduced after the finishing end mill is moved away from the corresponding blade surface area of the processing part.
EFFECT: reduction of the friction between the end mill and processing blade, increase of the service life and processing performance.
