SUBSTANCE: quantitative coronary angiography is performed. Moreover, stent vessel contrasting is performed at the time of balloon blowing up, after which the diameters of the vessel proximal portion and cylinder are determined. At diameter difference of more than 10% in favour of the proximal part or in case of contrast streaks along the cylinder length, resorbable implanted frame disclosure is evaluated as inadequate and postdilation is performed using a larger non-compliance cylinder.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the estimation accuracy due to reliable detection of bioresorbable vascular frames malposition.
