SUBSTANCE: at the first stage, a calibration graph of emulsion samples optical density dependence on their estimated mass concentration is plotted, and then the current emulsion concentration value after a given storage time is determined, and by comparing it to the initial concentration, emulsion retentivity is calculated, and at the second stage, accelerated thermal tests are carried out at three elevated temperatures in order to predict the shelf life of the emulsion, graphs of emulsion concentration dependence on the test time are plotted, and the emulsion storage time at the given temperature is calculated.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination.
