FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: to quantify the bone unit formation in the anterior spine fusion zone is carried out by CT on the device with slice thickness of max. 1 mm in the sagittal and coronal projections of standard MPR-reconstructions. Unit evidence is estimated by the sagittal and coronary projections of standard MPR-reconstructions separately in the upper and lower blocked divisions in points, where 1 means transplant/implant ends offset outside the support sites of blocked vertebrae; 2 means no transplant/implant ends offset outside the support sites of blocked vertebrae, diastaz between the bed and the bone transplant is 3 ≥mm; 3 means no transplant/implant ends offset outside the support sites of blocked vertebrae, diastaz between the bed and the bone transplant <3 mm; 4 means no diastaz between the bed and the bone transplant, the convergence area is heterogeneous, sclerous; 5 means no diastaz between the bed and the bone transplant, the convergence area is homogenous, bone beams extend directly between them.

EFFECT: nethod allows to evaluate the dynamics of bone unit evidence in the area of anterior spine fusion at different stages of the postoperative period due to standardized assessment.
