SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method of surgical treatment of destructive spinal diseases consists in the fact that for substitution formed in the process of resection of defect spines, a composite implant is used: two support discs of porous bioinert material, between which there is a mesh brace of a container type, filled with bone cement with an antibiotic. Diameters of discs correspond to diameter of mesh brace and have rough surfaces for contact with bone.

EFFECT: invention provides a strong support for an anterior column of the spinal column with a depot of large-volume antibiotics and sites for implant consolidation with small-volume vertebral bone tissue, but a large cross-sectional area.
