To this end, the endometrium is irrigated once with thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma in an amount of 0.5–1 ml as pre-conceptional preparation or against a background of hormonal therapy in the late menstrual cycle proliferation phase, and thrombocyte-enriched autoplasma is also administered. Paracervically on the border of the anterior and lateral parts of the vaginal vault to a depth of 0.5 cm with a volume of 1.5 ml on one side and on the other side for 17 and 19 hours.

EFFECT: method enables to stimulate the growth of the endometrium due to increased blood supply in the mucous uterus in the absence of complications and a low degree of soreness.
