FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing (1) with axial loading (3) and tangential unloading (2) branch pipes. The upper (4) and lower (6) horizontal disks are placed in the casing with the possibility of counter rotation. The series of impact elements (5) are rigidly secured on the disks along concentric circles. Each of the series of impact elements is located between the series of impact elements of the opposite disc. The distances between the impact elements decrease from the center to the periphery of the disks. The conical sidewall (11) is rigidly attached by a smaller base to the end of the upper horizontal disc. The sidewall is made perforated with horizontal through holes with diameter (2-5) dmax, where dmax is the maximum particle size of the final product. The horizontal ring (12) is rigidly attached to the larger base of the sidewall. The outer diameter of the ring is equal to the diameter of the lower disc. The impact elements of the outer series of the lower disc have a radial cut in the form of a rectangular triangle. The hypotenuse of the triangle is parallel to the inner surface of the conical sidewall. The working elements (13) in the form of archimedean spirals are rigidly fixed on the lower surface of the horizontal ring and the upper surface of the peripheral part of the lower disc. The spirals are directed in opposite directions. The gap between the working elements of the horizontal ring and the lower horizontal disk exceeds (2-10) dmax.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinding due to increase in the number of particle collisions and increase in abrasion and crushing loads on the material to be crushed, classifying the material in the peripheral part of the grinding chamber.
