FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator includes grinding chamber defined by a cylindrical housing 1 with an axial loading and tangential discharge nozzles 3. In the cylindrical body 1 with counter-rotating, lower and upper horisontal disks are coaxially placed on the concentrical circles of impact elements 6 and 7. Every impact element is arranged between impact elements of opposite disc. The inclination angle of α the spreading pipes to the upper horizontal disk is greater than the angle of natural slope of the material. The cylindrical body 1 has a normal discharge pipe 10 and a tangential cutout with fixed in it and rendered for housing 1 tangential discharge nozzle 3. Tangential discharge outlet 3 adjacent to the inlet end positioned at a minimum and a maximum radius from the disc axis of rotation rods grate 11 formed in cross section in the shape of an Archimedean spiral. The outlet end of the tangential discharge pipe 12 is fitted with spray pipes arranged at an angle the spreading spigots β the lower horizontal disc, where β greater than the angle of repose of the material to be ground.
EFFECT: grinding process efficiency by increasing the concentration of particles in the grinding chamber.
