FIELD: technique for grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator has cylindrical casing with axial charging and tangential discharge branch pipes, and upper and lower horizontal disks with striking members fixed along their concentric circles. Each of striking members is positioned between striking members of opposite disk. Ejection branch pipes are located at outlet end of charging branch pipe, at an angle to upper horizontal disk. Ejection branch pipes are curved in direction opposite direction of rotation of upper disk. Diffuser is fixed on end of each of ejection branch pipes. Device for uniform distribution of material along perimeter of working chamber is positioned on lower disk, under ejection branch pipes.
EFFECT: intensified grinding process and increased efficiency.
