FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator is intended for crushing of different materials in the production of building materials and in other industries. The disintegrator comprises a cylindrical casing with axial loading and tangential unloading (2) branch pipes. The upper and lower horizontal disks are installed in the casing with the possibility of counterrotation. Striking elements (5, 10, 11) set between the striking elements of the opposite elements are fixed on the disks concentrically. Spreading branches (6) with a diffuser at the end of each branch are installed at the output of the loading branch pipe at an angle to the upper disk. The branches (6) are bent in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of the upper disk. The inclination angle of the branches (6) to the upper disk is greater than the angle of natural slope of the crushed material. A device (13) for even distribution of material along the working chamber perimeter is mounted on the lower disk under the spreading branches. A vertical cylinder with baffle plates (8) set in four sectors of circle in a spiral way is rigidly fixed on the branches (6). The outer radius of curvature of the plates in cross section is increasing in each sector from the minimal to the maximal one inversely to the cylinder rotation. The minimal distance between the baffle plates and striking elements of the first inner row and the distance between the diffuser ends and the striking elements exceeds the maximal size of crushed particles. The first inner row of the striking elements partially reflects the material to the centre of the grinding chamber.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of grinding process.
