FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: disintegrator comprises a cylindrical body 1 with axial and tangential loading unloading devices. The upper 4 and lower 8 horizontal wheels with fixed concentric circles impact elements 5 are placed in the cylindrical body 1 with counter-rotating. Each of the impact elements 5 is located between the percussive elements of the opposite disk. Spreader pipes bent in direction opposite that of top disc rotation are arranged at axial loading pipe outlet at the angle to top horizontal disk. The inclination angle α of the spreading pipes to the upper horizontal disk is greater than the angle of natural slope of the material. The lower horizontal disk 8 under the spreading nozzles 6, 7 device is installed to evenly distribute the material. Spreading nozzles are alternately smaller β1 and greater β2 angle to the upper horizontal drive. The ends of spreader nozzles are arranged alternately at the upper and lower half of the height of impact elements. The diameter of each end is (0.3-0.4) h, where h - height of impact elements.
EFFECT: minimum distance a spreading between the ends of the pipes and drums of the internal elements of the first number exceeds the maximum size of the ground particles.
