SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine Proposed the permanent computer-readable storage medium that stores the set of instructions executed by the processor, wherein the set of instructions operates to: receive a plurality of data on the patient in question, relating to this patient; compare the data set on the patient in question to the plurality of data sets on preceding patients, at that, each of the data sets on preceding patients corresponds to the preceding patient, and the data set on the patient in question and the plurality of data sets on preceding patients are presented as a set of attributes, each attribute is an individual characteristic corresponding to each patient, and quality characteristics are shown on a scale from 0 to 1; select multiple data sets on the previous patients based on the level of similarity between the selected plurality of data sets on previous patients, and total data on patient in question; to provide a number of selected data sets on preceding patients to the user; to generate a treatment plan based on appropriate treatment plans from a number of selected data sets on preceding patients; add weight factors to each of the respective treatment plans based on the similarity of each patient selected from a plurality of preceding patients with the treated patients; and present a graphical comparison between the data set on the patient in question and each of the multiple data sets on preceding patioents to the user via a display device, wherein the comparison provides an indication of the degree of similarity between the attributes of the patient in question and each of the multiple attributes of preceding patients. Proposed the system for clinical decision-making support for therapy planning, comprising: a user interface, receiving a data set of patient in question; a database storing a plurality of data sets on preceding patients; similarity search engine; plans generating system.
