FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to medical equipment, to namely X-ray systems. The X-ray imaging system includes an X-ray tube, a suspension bracket for the X-ray tube, a detector truck with a mounted X-ray detector, an array of active sensors, an optical display unit and control unit, at that, the matrix of active sensors is fixed to the ceiling suspension bracket, the optical display unit is fixed to the detector truck, and the control unit is connected to the active sensors matrix. The method of X-ray detector positioning comprises stages when optical indication is radiated from the optical display unit onto the active sensors matrix, optical position indication obtained on the active sensors matrix, the obtained position is compared with the predetermined position, and control signals are formed.
EFFECT: use of inventions will improve the positioning accuracy of X-ray detector relative to the X-ray tube.
