FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for collection of cervical tissue samples from the patient uterus throat comprises an inserted elongated tube, an elongated leveling cervical device and an elongated device for cell material sampling. The inserted elongated tube has a shape suitable for insertion into the patient's vagina, and includes a proximal end and a distal end, an outer surface and an inner surface extending along the said insertable tube to form a channel. Thr elongated leveling cervical device has a shape suitable for insertion into the said channel of the inserted tube and a proximal end with a handle and a distal end with a cervical leveling probe and a housing part positioned between them. The leveling probe handle is located outside the proximal channel of the inserted tube and is movable between the first position for insertion, wherein located in the inserted tube channel, and the second position for leveling, wherein the distal cervical leveling probe extends distally from the inserted tube channel for interaction with the rear vaginal vault of the patient. The elongated device for cell material sampling has a shape suitable for insertion into the inserted tube channel on the housing part of the elongated leveling device and in the retractable handle of the leveling device, and comprises a proximal end with a retractable handle, a distal end with a surface for cell material adhesion. The retractable handle extends from the proximal channel of the inserted tube near the leveling device handle and is configured to be detached and moved between the first insertion position in which the distal adhesive surface for cell material is located in the inserted tube channel and the second position for cervical tissue sample collection from the patient uterus throat in which the distal adhesive surface for cell material passes distally from the inserted tube channel. The method for cervical tissue sample collection from the patient uterus throat includes insertion of the aforementioned devices into the patient's vagina, distal extension of the cervical leveling device handle in the inserted tube from the first position to the second leveling position providing interaction with the rear vault of the patient's vagina, distal movement of the elongated device for cell material sampling from the first position to the second position to take cervical tissue samples from the patient's uterus throat, rotation of the device for cell materisl to capture cervical tissue in the patient's uterus throat on the adhesive surface for cell material, proximal movement of the elongated device for cell material sampling from the second position to the first position to protect the cervical tissue sample in the inserted tube, removal of the device from the patient's vagina. The set for cervical tissue sampling from thepatient's uterus throat comprises the above device forcervical tissue samples collection from the patient's uterus throat, one or more additional adhesion surfaces for cell material, one or more reservoirs with a preservative for cell material and instructions on application of the cervical tissue sampling and sample preservation in the said reservoir.
EFFECT: possibility of independent use and method of cervical tissue samples collection for cytological evaluation.
