FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to eliminate and collect oil spills around the sea and river oil terminals, offshore oil drilling platforms, as well as for equipment of oil tankers, offshore drilling platforms, in shallow coastal areas of the coastal area strip that are under oil spill threat. The device comprises a hollow flexible boom defence 4, the ends of which are adjacent with two tugs 3 formed on a pneumatic flow with a flat platform, and include a floating vehicle for producing compressed air and thrust in the form of an impeller disposed in the bow of the tug where movement occurs in the closed position. Oil spill recovery vessel 1 for pumping oil is designed as a catamaran, the housings of which are fastened to a sleeve disposed therebetween. Inside the sleeve on vertical axis with actuators there is a line of reels along the length of the sleeve and at least two lines of reels along its height. Over each reel a separate tape of boom defence 4 is wound which has connecting elements 13 at the ends for mechanical coupling with adjacent tapes. The boom defence 4 is made with possibility to connect its cavities to the source of compressed air directly through a pressure gas-air tube disposed on the tug platform and connected to the nozzle of the impeller. The impeller supplies the air with a high pressure for creating a horizontal thrust of the tug through pneumatic duct under the platform bottom and at the same time the air is supplied to the boom defences cavities with an adjustable tap. A floating tug at the pneumatic flow has the required landing in water. Steering devices on the axis of rotation with controlled flaps are fixed behind the stern of the tug to the ends of the parallel housings, connected in the upper part with the deck. Thrusts with the crew steering wheel on the tug deck are made similar to a car steering wheel. The invention enables simultaneous localization and collection of oil surface layers, reduction of oil collection time and improved quality of purification from petroleum products of water facilities surfaces with different speeds and for any shallow coastal areas of the coastal area strip that are under oil spill threat.
EFFECT: speed of the tug increases and the simultaneous instant filling of boom defence cavities with compressed air in any positions of their location on the water surface.
