SUBSTANCE: according to the method, the output air is at least partially the waste-handling air; wherein at the first stage, additional air is fed into the handling air stream of the partial vacuum generator of the pneumatic waste handling system before its outlet, and at the second stage, additional air is fed into the output air stream as a consequence of air suction effect caused by the output air so that the output air and the additional air are at least partially mixed with each other. In the plant for implementing the method the partial vacuum generator comprises the devices for supplying additional air into the handling air stream entering the generator before its outlet, wherein the plant additionally comprises a means for supplying additional air into the output air stream.
