SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Noodles containing food fibers is proposed, which contains wheat flour, nondigestible dextrin, serving as food fibers, and mineral fluid with spices based on fulvic acid. Mineral fluid with spices based on fulvic acid contains vinegar, fulvic acid, calcium, mineral salt. Also broth containing food fibers is proposed, which contains water, nondigestible dextrin, serving as food fibers, and mineral fluid with spices based on fulvic acid.

EFFECT: noodles and broth containing food fibers suppressing dissolution of nondigestible dextrin even without application of modified starch, and at the same time such properties as taste, color, food consistence and flavor are preserved.
