FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to predict the risk of early thrombosis in reconstruction are after reconstructive surgery on the abdominal aorta and lower limbs arteries. Blood samples are taken from the patient, DNA is isolated, and 677 C/T MTHFR and 455 G/A FGB genes polymorphism is analyzed. D-dimer, homocysteine, fibrinogen, antithrombin III, HDL, HDL levels and platelet count are determined in blood. The resulting values are included into the calculation formulas y1 and y2. The risk of thrombosis in reconstruction area is predicted, if y1 is greater than y2.
EFFECT: invention allows formation of risk groups for complications after reconstructive operations on abdominal aorta and lower limbs arteries, which will contribute to more effective implementation of therapeutic and preventive measures for thrombosis prevention in the reconstruction area.
