FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and can be used to increase duration of smart temperature measuring device calibration interval (CI). Smart temperature measurements device (STMD) comprises heat-sensitive element, including two resistance thermometers, as well as measurement and processing unit connected to heat-sensitive element. Resistance thermometers have different sensitivity to main factor, influencing calibration curve change according to sensitive element ageing. STMD is additionally equipped with heat-sensitive element heater and its power supply source, in operating temperatures range providing simultaneous equal heating of heat-sensitive element two resistance thermometers relative to operating temperature by value, exceeding triple allowable temperature measurement error. Heater power supply is connected to measuring and processing unit.

EFFECT: providing automatic estimation of error components level not included into critical component.
