SUBSTANCE: components of the existing GUI are used, i.e. the control elements to display various, including advertising data in the method of displaying ads on devices with a small touch screen. The existing GUI elements of the mobile device have a transparent surface filled with a background colour or a pattern. These surfaces are "painted over" with the advertising data similar to the graffiti painted walls. The advertising data can be static or can be generated on the fly. The GUI control elements can be used independently of each other. Thus, the advertising data can be selectively displayed only on some control elements without distracting the user from the main tasks.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of tools.
