SUBSTANCE: method of delivering and displaying content on a mobile device involves installation of an original external program on the mobile device needed for receiving, processing and displaying advertisement-information messages using a method with a web-resource containing the necessary content, determining suitable content for each specific mobile device, delivering content from or on behalf of a content provider, storing content in the memory of the mobile device during the period for switching the device into hibernation mode, retrieving content from the memory of the mobile device onto the screen of the mobile device on top of the user interface with possibility of its visual perception upon activating the backlighting of the screen of the mobile device, removing current content from the screen of the mobile device through external action of the user on the device in a certain manner.
EFFECT: high probability of familiarisation of a user with content while preserving easy use of the mobile device.
