SUBSTANCE: device includes a transmissive optical unit, a lens adapted to collimate the measured beam and to input the beam into the transmissive optical unit, a cylindrical lens, a detector for detecting the intensity distribution of the interference light, and a processor for receiving the interference pattern and performing a Fourier transformation. The transmissive optical unit comprises the first planar transmissive portion and the second wedge-shaped transmissive portion disposed adjacent to the first transmissive portion. The axis of the cylindrical lens is parallel to the input surface intersection line of the first transmissive portion and the boundary surface between the first transmissive portion and the second transmissive portion.
EFFECT: reducing the device size and increasing the noise immunity.
