SUBSTANCE: method involves mechanical activation of titanium and niobium powders mixture with the addition of anti-agglomerating component. The mechanical activation of titanium and niobium powders mixture is carried out in the shock-friction type planetary ball mill for 10-20 min, with acceleration of grinding bodies 40 g, with the ratio of the powders mixture and grinding bodies volume equal to 1:20, and the ethyl alcohol is used as the anti-agglomerating component.

EFFECT: titanium and niobium uniform distribution according to the composite volume.
