FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in cases of using a single radio wave line detection means (DM) for signaling control of the bend of the road. The method consists in controlling the bending of the road by one DM deployed on the bend of the road, taking into account the extension of the detection zone (DZ) closer to the middle of its axis, so that its DZ crosses the road in two places for which the width of the larger portion of the detection zone exceeded the width less than three times; the distance along the road between these crossing points exceeded by one and a half times the distance traveled by the intruder with the maximum possible speed for this section of the road for the time required for the DM to switch from alarm to standby mode after the violator left the DZ; sequential issuance of two alarm signals for the movement of the intruder through the bend of the road and the intersection of the DZ DM; application of the algorithm that determines the direction of the violator's movement, by the value of the ratio of the duration of the first alarm signal to the duration of the second alarm signal that arrived at a set interval of time, depending on the distance between the intersections of the DZ DM with the road and the minimum possible speed of the violator's movement for this section of the road. The method includes a preparatory stage with the development of the DM on the bend of the road and the main stage that begins with the detection of the offender and ends with the formation of an output about the direction of the violator's movement through the bend of the road.

EFFECT: obtaining the possibility of determining the direction of the violator's movement detected on the bend of the road, using only one DM.
