FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for determining the oil moisture content comprises a primary measuring transducer made in the form a microwave generator with a waveguide, in the cavity of which the control pipeline section is located, made of a material transparent to microwaves, an ultrasonic flow reactor-disperser mounted on the pipeline prior to its control section, and a parameter controlling and processing unit, the inputs of which are connected to the oil flow sensors, transported through the pipeline, mounted prior to the ultrasonic flow reactor-disperser, and oil temperature sensors located prior to and after the pipeline control section. Increasing the accuracy of determining the oil moisture content in the stream is a technical result of the invention.
EFFECT: decreasing the error due to the uneven distribution of oil and water volumes along the pipeline cross-section, and the mixture temperature heterogeneity across the pipeline section, and achieving the equilibrium mixture temperature in the flow.
