FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to UHF plant of oil-water emulsion processing including UHF generator connected to waveguide where microwave coalescenter in the form of pipe out of UHF-permeable material for oil-water emulsion flow with elements increasing wetting area installed inside the pipe is mounted coaxially and irradiated by horn emitters of UHF. Coalescenter is mounted inside pipeline out of dielectric UHF-permeable material for oil-water emulsion feeding coaxially to the pipeline. Waveguide envelops emulsion feeding pipeline. Operation frequency of UHF generator is 2400-2500 MHz at output power up to 5 kW or 905-925 MHz at output power of 5-50 kW. Generator can operate in continuous or pulse mode and is connected via decoupler and horn emitters to waveguide made in the form of pipe with octagonal cross-section. Elements increasing wetting area are made of UHF-absorbing material based on porous ceramics which can be heated by UHF emission to 70 90°C. Vertical centrifugal static separator in the form of rim at the output with end wall with output hole is installed at the coalescenter output. Side wall features holes at different levels for separate water discharge from lower level and oil from higher level, and device of flow twisting is mounted inside the rim.
EFFECT: improved oil quality at the plant output, increased performance.
