SUBSTANCE: parietal peritoneum is dissected laterally and along the medial umbilical folds, starting from the umbilical ring to the transitional fold of the peritoneum. The parietal peritoneum is separated from the anterior abdominal wall, forming a trapezoidal patch, the base of which is located in the area of the urinary bladder. The free end of the patch is cut along for 4 cm along the middle line according to the "swallow's tail" type, forming two free ends. After that, the formed patch is placed in the area of urethrovesical anastomosis. Then right free end of the patch is fixed with seam to the cult of right mannoproteins ligament and the left free end of the patch is fixed with seam to the cult of the left mannoproteins ligament.

EFFECT: method allows preventing the formation of lymphatic cysts after radical prostatectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy by preventing prolonged lymphorrhea by creating conditions for drainage of lymph into the abdominal cavity, as well as excluding contact of perivesical adipose tissue with blood vessels in the area of the performed lymphadenectomy.
