FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for clonal propagation of plants under autotrophic conditions hydroponically wherein the clonal reproduction of plants is carried out by grafting of regenerants and rooting on a nutrient medium, where graft rooting is carried out under autotrophic conditions on hydroponics using liquid nutrient media containing only mineral elements, plant cultivation is carried out under normal or elevated concentration of CO2 in the crop, at an intensity of irradiation at least 60 W PAR/m2, irrigation and aeration of graft bases and plants root system is provided by periodic flooding by the nutrient solution.
EFFECT: invention achieves stable reproduction of the original genotype, high reproduction rate of regenerated plants, as well as their rapid adaptation during planting on soil or hydroponics.
