FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an initial mixture of metallic powders by planetary stirring, forming a powder mixture by hot precision rolling through rollers. Doping additives are introduced into the initial mixture of metal powders, after which the obtained mixture of powders is dried and sieved in an inert gaseous medium in a magnetic field with the separation of fractions of more than 220 mcm. Moulding of the mixture of powders is carried out by hot precision rolling through rolls by means of at least one pass through the rolls to produce plates with a thickness of not more than 150 mcm, then a thin layer of 1 nm to 7 mcm plastic metal is applied to the resulting plates by means of gas-thermal two-sided spraying using ultra-pure metal targets or their alloys including at least one of the following elements: Ag, Cu, In, Ti, Au, Pt, Pd, after which the hot precision rolling of the plates is repeated to a thickness of not more than 150 mcm at a temperature from 30 to 150°C.
