FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises zirconium salt reaction with a substance forming zirconium hydroxide by adding ammonium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide. Zinc oxide and zirconium basic carbonate are used as initial materials. Acrylic lacquer in an amount of (5±0.5)%, in terms of dry substance, is used as the binder. The resulting granules are subjected to hydrothermal treatment.
EFFECT: invention increases dynamic activity of the absorber for carbon dioxide and increases the strength of the absorber granules.
