SUBSTANCE: coordinate table includes a first base element 1 with the first rail 2 in the first coordinate X, on which the second base element 3 with a second rail 4 in the first coordinate X and the third basic element 5 with a third guide 6 in the first coordinate X. The third basic element 5 also includes a carriage 10 with the fourth guide 11 in the first coordinate X, the fifth guide 12 in the first coordinate X and the sixth guide 13 in the first coordinate X. The first guide 2 is connected with the fourth guide 11, the second guide 4 is connected with the fifth guide 12, and the third guide 6 is associated with the sixth guide 13. XY drive 19 also comprises a first coordinate on X with a pusher 20 having a first longitudinal axis 22 extending along the first coordinate X, and further comprising a spring element 25. Thus the spring member 25 has a second longitudinal axis 26 extending along the first coordinate X, and fixed to the first base element 1 and is associated with the carriage 10. The pusher 20 is associated with the carriage 10 along the contact surface 23 at first contact point 24. The spring element 25 is associated with the carriage 10 at the second point of contact 30. The first contact point 24 of the pusher 20 and the second contact point 30 are separated along the third coordinate Z, perpendicular to the surface formed by the first X coordinate and the second coordinate Y. This second guide rail 4 and the third 5 face each other, and the angle α between them is in the range 1-179°.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of the coordinate table displacement.
