SUBSTANCE: device has carrier with recording environment, carrier with probes matrix with system for controlling movement thereof, linear drives and control block. Module also has additional linear drives which are combined via appropriate resilient elements with second carrier, while parallel movement axes thereof are displaced relatively to each other. Module has linear displacement control sensors, position adjusters, movement and fixing device, system for controlling displacements of recording environment relatively to probes matrix and block for active thermo-compensation of deviations in linear dimensions of base relatively to probes matrix.
