FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains a device for raw processing made in the form of an ultrasonic activator, communicated with a heater and a device for releasing final products. In this case, the ultrasonic activator is made in the form of a housing in which at least two stator rings are placed with diametrical grooves cut in them. A rotor is arranged between the stator rings to rotate freely and in the form of a ring which has diametral grooves, the width of which is equal to the width of the grooves in the stator rings. Wherein the distance between the grooves of the stator rings is at least 1.5 times the width of the grooves, the gap between the stator and rotor rings does not exceed 0.01 mm, and the ratio of the number of grooves in the rotor and stator rings is 4/3.
EFFECT: increased yield of light oil products while simplifying the design of the device.
