FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: to prepare silver nanoparticles, an aqueous stabiliser solution is first prepared. As a stabiliser, β-cyclodextrin or sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate. Concentration β-cyclodextrin is in the range from 0.6⋅10-3 up to 1.2⋅10-3 M. The sodium concentration of bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate is in the range of 1.0⋅10-3 up to 3.0⋅10-3 M. Then, an aqueous alkaline solution of flavonoid quercetin is added to the stabiliser solution. To the resulting solution, with constant stirring, a solution of silver diamine nitrate is added to a predetermined molar concentration of 0.4⋅10-3 up to 4⋅10-3 M. The introduction of a solution of quercetin into the solution is carried out to a molar concentration of quercetin equal to 0.1 from the above molar concentration of silver diamine nitrate.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain nanoparticles with an average size of 14-16 nm, reduce the toxicity of solutions of silver nanoparticles for living organisms and increase the concentration of nanoparticles in solution.
