RESTORATION METHOD OF CONTINUOUS DENTITION BY PERMANENT FIXED BRIDGE PROSTHESIS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61C13/00

SUBSTANCE: four permanent implants, selected according to the size of the existing bone, are placed in residual bone, wherein two implants are placed vertically in the frontal section, while two others are placed at an angle in the lateral section. A temporary fixed bridge prosthesis is made. A temporary fixed bridge prosthesis is mounted. A permanent fixed bridge prosthesis is made. After completion of permanent implants osseointegration, a temporary fixed bridge prosthesis is replaced with a permanent bridge prosthesis. Stage of permanent implants installation and stage of temporary fixed bridge prosthesis production are performed simultaneously. The temporary fixed bridge prosthesis is mounted on temporary supports located in the area of lateral incisors, canines or first premolars, the temporary supports are removed immediately before installation of the permanent fixed bridge prosthesis. The temporary supports for temporary prosthesis installation are patient's teeth or additionally installed temporary implants. Before mounting the permanent implants, extraction of teeth arranged in their installaton area can be additionally performed. Besides, stage of forming attached gingiva in abutment outlet area of permanent implants can be additionally included. The permanent fixed bridge prosthesis can be mounted by screw-retained fixation.

EFFECT: method enables to increase stability of installed permanent implants, reduce the time required to restore continuous dentition.
