FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibro-isolator contains a housing in the form of a hollow vertical post, interacting with a T-shaped platform, elastically coupled to a dry-friction damper. The damper is made in the form of a sleeve, whose inner surface interacts with the external surface of the column via spring-loaded friction elements. On the outer surface of the bushing, spring is fixed, resting on the base of the body. Between the interacting surfaces of the hub and the post is placed a mesh damper. Elastic mesh elements of the package are made of a combination of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. An elastic bushing with a central hole is located in the central part of the mesh bag and is rigidly connected to the central plate. The support rings are fastened in the central plate. The upper and lower mesh of elastic elements are respectively connected to the upper cover and the lower pack pressure plate. A dry friction damper is located at the center of each mesh elastic element. The damper is the upper and lower sleeves connected to the interference, forming a friction pair. Elastic bushing with clearance is placed in the sleeves.
EFFECT: efficiency of vibro-isolation in resonance mode increase.
