SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, devices for drainage, and can be used in surgery, in particular, for long-term drainage of bone purulent focus and soft tissues. Drainage device consisting of a tube and a stylet is equipped with a rod made in the form of a cylinder with ribs. Cylinder has a central through hole. Ribs are evenly placed on the lateral surface of the cylinder in such a way that longitudinal channels are formed between adjacent ones. Wall thickness of the cylinder is 0.1–0.2D, where D is the diameter of the rod. Proximal end of the rod is 0.1–0.2L, where L is the length of the rod, immersed in the central channel of the tube, and its ribs are rigidly fixed on its inner side surface. Stylet is made with the possibility of simultaneous placement in the central channel of the tube and coaxial central channel of the rod.

EFFECT: invention allows for effective long-term drainage by creating a structure that ensures unimpeded penetration and removal of exudate, which has an increased activity in the early postoperative period, which in turn will limit the germination of fibrous granulations in the late period, will allow you to easily remove the device after stopping the drainage and, thus, reduce the invasiveness of the treatment as a whole.
