SUBSTANCE: product and indicator of its freshness are placed in the container with the ability to visually observe the state of the latter, and the fact of the product deterioration is established according to the state of the indicator. Wherein at least one young fresh whole leaf of lettuce is used as an indicator of freshness. A device for determining the freshness of a packaged raw meat product in the form of a homogeneous mass without bones is also proposed.
EFFECT: reliability of determining the proper product condition and ease of control.
