FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for preparation of cereal bars intended for feeding workers with fluorine compounds, alkali metals and chlorine. Cereal bar contains the following initial components in wt%: coarse bulk fiber 4–5, brown rice flour 5–6, fresh lettuce 2–2.5, laminaria brown dried 14–15.5, dried parsley 6–7, fresh crushed carrots 5–6, floured millet 6–7, fresh crushed apples 3.5–4, caraway 2.5–3, ginger 4.5–5, garlic 2.4–3, asparagus 9.5–10, sarsaparille 4–5, linseeds 5–5.5, linseed oil – 4.5–5, turmeric root – 3–3.5, oat bran – the rest.
EFFECT: invention accelerates excretion of harmful chemicals from human body.
