SUBSTANCE: device contains a card loading and unloading unit, a card store made in the form of a hollow rotating cylinder, on the outside of which there are grooves in the form of cells for placing cards, and through holes in the interior, opposite to the location of each card, and the petals, the card loading and unloading unit installed inside the cylinder on a same base is made in the form of a structure, arranged with an ability to reciprocate by using an engine, and is consisted of pushers, which can push the card through the internal holes of the card drive, and a retractor made in the form of a L-shaped part, capable of drawing the card into the card drive, while the engines and sensors, together with the control unit connected to them, which is adapted to be set and controlled using appropriate sensors of the process of finding a given cell and cards load or unload, are located inside of the cylinder. Moreover, in the second variant of the invention, the rotation motor of the cylinder of the card drive is selected as a stepper, and the step size is sufficient for accurate moving of the drive into one cell.
