Container loading and unloading module for the incubation chamber of biological samples contains an external block on the outside of the incubation chamber, including a loading conveyor and an unloading conveyor; container loading tray; at least two trays for unloading containers, with a receiving cell, above the unloading conveyor, the receiving cell is equipped with a means of vertical movement in the form of an elevator, stoppers for stopping the container on the conveyor, a means for forming a stack of containers, a means for moving the stack into the unloading tray; means for moving from the loading tray to the loading conveyor; set of sensors. The external block is equipped with a receiving box, the receiving cells of the box are formed by its transverse partitions, the cell stoppers are fixed on the elevator platform, the loading/unloading conveyors are located at different height levels to accommodate the drive for moving the formed stack from the receiving cell to the unloading tray under the loading conveyor.

EFFECT: reduction in the overall dimensions of the module and increase in the productivity of the incubation chamber.
