FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system for passing vascular occlusions comprises a device, including a catheter with proximal and distal ends and a spring member with proximal and distal ends. The proximal end of the spring member is attached to the distal end of the catheter. Tension member is located in the catheter. The tension member distal end is secured to the distal member and the tension member is operatively connected to the said distal end of the spring member. The oscillating member forms the distal member or is connected thereto. The oscillation energy source is operably connected to the proximal end of the tension element and configured to generate oscillations in the oscillating member by the tension member and the spring member by tensioning of the said tension member or load removal therefrom. The control unit is adapted to control the source of oscillation energy. According to the control stages, initial control parameters are received, oscillation repetition cycle is initiated, including tension and load removal from the tension member by the oscillation energy source sufficient for oscillation of the oscillating member at the oscillation energy, the obtained input amplitude value is received for the specified oscillatopn cycle, and oscillatopn power is adjusted according to the amplitude value achieved.
EFFECT: facilitated catheter passage through blood vessels.
